Shipping policy

Guardian Curated ships to eligible United States addresses. Available services and charges are displayed at checkout. Current standard service is $8, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more. Express service is $15 where available.

Processing time varies by product, supplier and personalization requirements. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Personalized products may require artwork, text or proof approval before production begins. Orders containing products from more than one fulfillment source may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order has entered production or carrier possession, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer promptly with the available options, which may include an updated delivery estimate, a substitute offered for approval, cancellation of the affected item or a refund.
